3月18日，钦州市公安局在吉诺宠物医院举行“数智赋能 · 文明‘宠’爱”养犬登记启动仪式，现场完成首例养犬登记，并核发了首张电子犬证。
根据《钦州市城市养犬管理规定》相关规定，3月18日起，凡在钦州市城市建成区内饲养犬只的市民，均可携带犬只及相关材料，前往全市首批设立的12个便民养犬登记服务点 ，就近办理养犬登记。登记服务点覆盖钦南区、钦北区、中马钦州产业园区、灵山县、浦北县，实现“家门口办证、一站式服务”。
