根据《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》有关规定，国家药监局、公安部、国家卫生健康委决定将甲氧依托咪酯等3个品种增列入药用类精神药品目录（见附件），现予以发布，自2026年10月1日起施行。
特此公告。
