7月28日，央行发布的金融机构贷款投向统计报告显示，2026年二季度末，人民币房地产（881153）贷款余额50.74万亿元，同比下降4.9%，上半年减少1.23万亿元。
2026年二季度末，房地产（881153）开发贷款余额12.65万亿元，同比下降8.5%，上半年减少5402亿元。个人住房贷款余额36.29万亿元，同比下降3.8%，上半年减少7163亿元。
