广州医科大学附属脑科医院团队在STTT发表重磅研究，颠覆“果糖须代谢才致病”的传统认知。首次证实未代谢的游离果糖能直接结合并重构线粒体外膜转位酶（TOM）复合物，特异性阻断线粒体核心蛋白转运，诱发线粒体能量崩溃与肾病。
