新京报贝壳财经讯 9月9日，财政部官网发布2026年7月地方政府债券发行和债务余额情况。截至2026年7月末，全国地方政府债务余额592411亿元。其中，一般债务178533亿元，专项债务413878亿元；政府债券590792亿元，非政府债券形式存量政府债务1619亿元。
截至2026年7月末，地方政府债券剩余平均年限10.8年，其中一般债券6.2年、专项债券12.8年；平均利率2.73%，其中一般债券2.77%、专项债券2.72%。
