北京商报讯（记者 董亮 王悦彤）9月2日晚间，ST南新（688189）披露公告称，因资金需求，公司股东广州乾元投资咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称"广州乾元"）拟通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式减持其所持有的公司股份，合计减持股份数量不超过约818.49万股，不超过公司总股本3%。
公告显示，截至本公告披露日，广州乾元持有公司股份约4312万股，占公司总股本的15.8%。
