日本广播协会电视台今天（9月7日）报道，近日，日本本州岛东南部、伊豆群岛等多地遭遇大雨。多条铁路停运，部分学校停课。东京都、千叶县、神奈川县和茨城县等至少29个地区向居民发布避难指示，要求离开危险地区，采取避难措施，超过40万人受到影响。
