手脚冰凉寒气重，喝当归生姜枸杞羊肉汤暖身又补气血

从营养角度看，羊肉属于优质蛋白来源，冬天吃一点，对补充体力有帮助。姜能促发温热感，帮助人驱散寒意，枸杞含有多种植物活性成分，平时少量用在汤里，更多是起到锦上添花的作用。真正关键的还是整体搭配和做法，别让汤油得发亮，别让味道冲得呛鼻。炖出来清清亮亮，喝起来顺口，才算过关。做饭这事，最终拼的是家常味，不是架势。

这碗汤最打动人的地方，不在于它多神，而在于它很像冬天的日子，慢、稳、热乎，喝下去心里踏实。羊肉的厚，生姜的冲，当归的柔，枸杞的稳，四样东西凑一块，像一家人坐在一张桌上，各有脾气，也能相互照应。寒凉的天，灶火一开，锅里一滚，香气顺着屋里飘开，人也就没那么怕冷了。
