【美国企业对特定垂直电力传输系统及其组成部分和下游计算机系统提起337调查申请】财联社9月11日电，据商务部官网，2026年9月9日，美国Vicor Corporation根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定垂直电力传输系统及其组成部分和下游计算机系统（Certain Vertical Power Delivery Systems, Components Thereof, and Computing Systems Containing the Same）侵犯其专利权，请求发起337调查并发布有限排除令和禁止令。中国五家企业涉案。
