9月14日至11月30日期间，因金普新区光谷路等25处市政雨水管网及附属设施改造工程施工需要，大连公安交管部门对和平路（国防路至红旗河）全幅封闭施工，施工路段全长约420米。
大连公安交管部门提醒过往的行人及车辆驾驶人，按照现场交通指示标志和现场交通人员的指挥通过。
