公司拥有非遗代表性传承人张传武博士、梁飘逸女士，由他们领衔的团队聚焦于馨本草非遗香养产业生态，开展技艺传承与人才孵化、技艺研究与香品开发，赋能乡村振兴与社区发展，服务人民大众。公司以馨本草道地香药材为基础，以非遗技艺为核心，开展非遗技艺研究、非遗品牌建设、非遗人才培养、非遗香品开发、非遗技艺体验、非遗用香艺术，并在多维场景、尤其是文旅融合（一二三产结合）等方面提供项目策划、实施与运营。

公司在成都市新都区斑竹园街道公益社区建有科研工坊，与汉源养生香非遗制作工坊协同，形成“科研在成都、制作在汉源、体验在社区”的发展布局。公司携手馨本草香养研究院，深耕川派古香炮制与古蜀合香二十余年，旗下制香香艺师团队为国家新职业“制香香艺师”的先行实践者，已进行多期的人才培养；产品“香百养·逍遥游”熊猫文创香薰套组、“古蜀合香·甜梦香枕”获四川特色旅游商品大赛金奖、银奖。

Sichuan Aromatic Herb Fragrance Culture Development Co.,Ltd is located in Hanyuan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. It is the applying institution for the Ya'an municipal intangible cultural heritage (ICH) item "Hanyuan Wellness Incense Making Craftsmanship" and the Hanyuan County ICH item "Ancient Method Incense Coating and Moxibustion Incense-Based Wellness Therapy Craftsmanship," and the supporting institution for the "Hanyuan Wellness Incense ICH Making Workshop." It is a typical epitome and representative of Shu incense ICH.

The company is home to Dr. Zhang Chuanwu and Ms. Liang Piaoyi, representative inheritors of ICH. The team led by them focuses on the Aromatic Herb ICH incense-based wellness industry ecosystem, carrying out craftsmanship inheritance and talent incubation, craftsmanship research and incense product development, empowering rural revitalization and community development, and serving the public.

Based on Aromatic Herb's geo-authentic aromatic medicinal materials and with ICH craftsmanship as its core, the company carries out ICH craftsmanship research, ICH brand building, ICH talent cultivation, ICH incense product development, ICH craftsmanship experience, and ICH incense-use art. It also provides project planning, implementation, and operation in multi-dimensional scenarios, especially cultural-tourism integration (the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries).

The company has established a research workshop in Gongyi Community, Banzhuyuan Subdistrict, Xindu District, Chengdu. In coordination with the Hanyuan Wellness Incense ICH Making Workshop, it has formed a development layout of "research in Chengdu, production in Hanyuan, experience in the community."

Together with the Aromatic Herb Incense-Based Wellness Research Institute, the company has been deeply engaged in Sichuan-style ancient incense processing and Ancient Shu blended incense for more than 20 years. Its incense-making artisan team is a pioneer in practicing the new national occupation "incense-making artisan" and has carried out multiple rounds of talent training. Its products, the "Xiangbaiyang · Xiaoyaoyou" Panda Cultural and Creative Incense Set and the "Ancient Shu Blended Incense · Sweet Dream Incense Pillow," won the Gold Award and Silver Award, respectively, at the Sichuan Special Tourism Commodity Competition.
