每经北京9月16日电，今日，《每日经济新闻》记者获悉，具身基模和通用机器人企业极佳视界已于近日完成股份制改造，公司名称正式变更为“北京极佳视界科技股份有限公司”，企业类型由变更为 “股份有限公司”。此外，极佳视界计划将在港交所递交上市申请。（每经记者 可杨）
