国家统计局公布1-8月房地产市场数据，房地产数据呈现两极分化，新建商品房销售面积同比大幅下滑，二手房交易活跃。
今年1-8月新建商品房销售面积同比下降12.1%，二手房交易网签面积同比增长10.6%。
从数据来看，目前我国房地产市场交易结构发生了结构性变化，商品房交易正在从新建商品房市场向存量市场转移。
