【光刻胶板块异动拉升 华软科技直线涨停】财联社9月17日电，午后光刻胶板块异动拉升，华软科技直线涨停，美迪凯涨近10%，彤程新材、西陇科学、百合花、佳先股份跟涨。消息面上，9月16日，日本JSR、东京应化、信越化学等宣布，自2026年10月1日起全球客户光刻胶新定价整体上调15%。其中现货散单涨幅达32%~38%。
