【欧盟拟推未成年人社媒禁令】财联社9月19日电，欧盟委员会9月17日正式公布了《欧盟儿童法案》提案文本，准备重新规定欧盟未成年人使用社交媒体的年龄限制：13岁以下禁用，满15岁才能独立开号。不过，不管是年龄核验，还是责任落地，欧盟的这一提案仍面临多重挑战。（CCTV国际时讯）
