2026年09月17日21时许，驾驶人刘*晶驾驶豫NM*K*6号小型汽车沿人民路由西向东行驶至与东外环路交叉路口处时，与前方同向行驶的王*勇骑乘的电动三轮车发生剐蹭，事故造成双方车辆不同程度受损，电动车驾驶人王*勇受伤。
交警提醒：驾驶途中减速慢行，拒绝分心驾驶！
