总台记者当地时间23日获悉，受今年第25号台风“杜鹃”带来的强降雨影响，日本关东地区和伊豆群岛遭遇创纪录规模暴雨，多地接连发生山体滑坡、河流泛滥引发的洪水灾害。截至目前，千叶县和神奈川县共有7人死亡、5人失踪。
此外，住宅受灾情况也不断增加，目前已确认千叶县、神奈川县和茨城县共有500多栋房屋受损。
