3种茶叶已被列入“伤肝名单”，喝多了伤肝，再爱喝也要注意忌口

宁可三日无肉，不可一日无茶，这话在咱山东人嘴里，听着就亲切。可茶这东西，喝对了是舒坦，喝歪了就是给身体添堵。尤其是一些上了岁数的老茶客，家里常备茶饼、茶罐，觉得越放越值钱，越陈越有味儿。问题就出在这儿，茶不是老腌菜，放久了不等于更养人，发霉变质的茶，真能把肝脏拖下水。

这篇文章要说的事很直接，别把茶都当成养生品。陈茶霉茶、焦糊味重的茶、成分不明的花茶代用茶，这三类最容易被人误当宝贝。它们有的藏着黄曲霉毒素，有的在高温加工时产生不友好的物质，有的打着护肝减肥旗号，实际配方含糊，长期喝反而给肝脏加负担。围着茶杯转了一辈子的人，最怕的不是不喝茶，是喝错茶。

我家里就有老父亲，七十多岁了，平时爱喝茶，早上起来先摸茶壶，跟摸烟袋锅似的顺手。老人家节俭，碰上茶叶有点潮气，或者茶饼放久了颜色发暗，总觉得晒一晒、冲一冲就行。可这事真不能糊弄。肝脏这器官，跟咱庄稼地里的老黄牛差不多，天天干活不吭声，等你发现不对劲，往往已经晚了。

先说陈茶霉茶。很多人一听陈茶，就想到普洱、老白茶，觉得年份越久越好。这里得分清，能陈化的是合格、干燥、储存得当的茶，不是受潮发霉的茶。茶叶一旦返潮，霉菌就容易滋生，毒素不是简单冲一遍热水就能去掉的。黄曲霉毒素这个名字，懂点健康知识的人都知道，属于高毒高风险物质，耐热性强，普通开水根本奈何不了它。

公开资料里提到，黄曲霉毒素是世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构认定的一类致癌物，主要伤的就是肝脏。它对肝细胞的破坏，不是一下子把人放倒，而是悄悄磨。有人觉得茶叶上有点白毛没啥，闻着有点潮味也能凑合，甚至还想着泡浓一点压住味道。这个思路就有点拧巴了，毒素不是靠味重就能盖住的，喝下去的是风险，不是情怀。

更要命的是，有些人舍不得扔，觉得扔掉可惜，毕竟几百块买的茶饼，放柜子里还像个宝。可真要论这账，身体可比茶贵得多。前些年就有媒体报道过类似病例，有人长期喝存放不当的茶，出现头晕、尿黄、转氨酶升高，最后查出肝脏受损。病例里不一定每次都能把责任完全归到茶上，但方向很明确，霉变茶这玩意儿，不能碰。

再说那种香得过分、还带焦糊味的茶。正常茶香应该是清的、稳的，不该冲鼻子。可现在有些茶，一打开包装，香得跟进了烘焙房一样，甚至带着点糊味。老茶客一闻，可能还觉得够劲，像火力足、工艺到位。实际上，火候没掌握好，茶叶在高温下发生了变化，产生一些对身体不太友好的物质，喝起来图个口头爽，肝脏却得替你收拾残局。

这事特别像干活。一个汉子扛三袋麦子，能扛；你让他一天扛三十袋，短时间也许还能撑，时间长了腰腿准出问题。肝脏也是一样，平时默默代谢各种东西，茶本来是小事，结果你天天喝高火味重的茶，等于给它加班。很多人还喜欢追求那种浓香、重火、霸气，觉得有面子，喝完嘴里留味儿久。可咱说句实在话，嘴上过瘾，不等于身体舒服。

还有一类更容易迷惑人，就是花里胡哨的调味茶、代用茶，尤其是打着护肝、排毒、减肥旗号的产品。包装做得挺像那么回事，名字也起得挺唬人，什么清肠、刮油、轻体，听着跟神仙水差不多。可配料表要是含糊不清，甚至把番泻叶、决明子之类成分放进去，长期喝就得小心。番泻叶本来就是通便用的，决明子也不是普通饮料，脱离医生指导乱喝，肚子和肝脏都得跟着遭罪。

这些东西的问题，不只是在于它是不是茶，更在于它被人当成了日常饮品。很多中老年人有个特点，图省事，觉得喝茶总比喝饮料强。这个想法没错一半。真茶和乱七八糟的代用茶，差别可大了。前些年也有报道，一位年轻女性为了减肥，长期喝所谓排毒茶，最后出现药物性肝损伤。她不是喝了一次两次出事，而是天天拿它当水喝，硬把自己的身体喝出了毛病。

咱山东人讲究实在，讲究吃喝有谱。茶这事也一样，越是日常东西，越不能瞎整。普通绿茶、红茶、熟普、老白茶，只要来源正规、保存得当，喝起来更稳当。尤其是熟普洱，发酵后刺激性相对小一些，很多老人胃口弱，喝着能顺口些。老白茶也常被人提起，但前提还是那句话，得是真茶、干茶、存得干净，不是发霉冒味的老货。

正经喝法其实很朴素。饭后半小时，来一杯温的、淡的茶，慢慢喝，别一口闷。茶叶别放太多，十来克基本够用，尤其是大壶泡茶的人，常常手一抖就下重了。还有人爱把第一泡茶当真香，直接喝下去。老规矩里常说头道茶要倒掉，不全是讲究，冲洗一下茶叶表面浮尘、杂质，也更稳妥。尤其是来源不太确定的茶，第一泡倒掉，心里踏实些。

还有个现实问题，很多人喝茶不看来源，只看名头。什么老树、古树、野生、私藏、限量版，词儿一个比一个响。可真正靠谱的茶，拼的不是嘴皮子，是卫生、工艺和储存。现在市场上有些茶包装花哨，里面却混着碎茶、香精味，甚至标签写得模模糊糊。咱老百姓买东西，最怕的就是被包装唬住。茶不是越玄乎越好，越简单越稳当。
