运河鲜闻｜全国首家聚焦展示中国世界灌溉工程遗产的综合性专题博物馆在宁波启幕

大运河传媒讯（徐蓉）9月29日，全国首家聚焦展示中国世界灌溉工程遗产的综合性专题博物馆一一宁波世界灌溉工程遗产博物馆启幕。当天，第五届国际青年河流交流活动与2026年全国水利博物馆联盟会议同步联袂举行。Grand Canal Media News (Xu Rong) On September 29th, the first comprehensive museum dedicated to showcasing China’s world irrigation heritage was opened in Ningbo – the Ningbo World Irrigation Heritage Museum. On the same day, the fifth International Youth River Exchange Event and the 2026 National Water Conservancy Museums Association Conference were held simultaneously.

坐落于宁波海曙区鄞江镇、毗邻千年它山堰的宁波世界灌溉工程遗产博物馆，总用地面积1.24公顷，总建筑面积约1.6万平方米，是全国首家聚焦展示中国世界灌溉工程遗产的综合性专题博物馆。展陈以中国的世界灌溉工程遗产为展示主体，以它山堰为核心展陈载体，联动全国42处世界灌溉工程遗产，致力于打造集遗产展示、学术研究、科普教育、文化交流于一体的水利文化地标。Located in Yinjiang Town, Haishu District, Ningbo, adjacent to the thousand-year-old Itshanyan Irrigation System, the Ningbo World Irrigation Heritage Museum covers a total area of 1.24 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 16,000 square meters. It is the first comprehensive museum in China dedicated to showcasing China’s world irrigation heritage. The exhibits focus on China’s world irrigation heritage, with Itshanyan as the central theme. The museum connects 42 sites of world irrigation heritage across the country, aiming to become a cultural landmark for water management that combines heritage display, academic research, popular science education, and cultural exchange.

国际灌溉排水委员会主席马可·阿西里通过视频向会议致送祝福。Marco Asiri, Chairman of the International Irrigation and Drainage Commission, sent his blessings via video during the meeting.

水利部农村水利水电司副司长许德志，浙江省水利厅党组书记、厅长李锐，宁波市人民政府副市长徐强，浙江省文化广电和旅游厅党组成员、一级巡视员、省文物局局长朱海闵，宁波市政协主席陈龙等出席开幕仪式。Xu Dezhi, Deputy Director of the Rural Water Resources and Hydropower Department of the Ministry of Water Resources; Li Rui, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Water Resources; Xu Qiang, Vice Mayor of the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government; Zhu Haimin, Member of the Party Leadership Group, First-Level Inspector, and Director of the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau of Zhejiang Province; and Chen Long, Chairman of the Ningbo CPPCC, attended the opening ceremony.

当天同步举办的第五届国际青年河流交流活动，自然也就突出“河流与灌溉”的主题。来自中国、南非、摩洛哥、印度尼西亚和巴基斯坦等国家的青年学生代表，围绕灌溉遗产保护、河流生态修复、青年参与水资源可持续管理等议题展开深入对话与交流比赛。该活动由中国水利博物馆发起，是全球性青年水利文化交流品牌活动，自2022年首次举办以来，已成为各国青年认识河流、交流文化、分享智慧的重要平台。世界运河历史文化城市合作组织（WCCO）荣誉秘书长、世界运河城市国际交流专委会主任邓清应邀出席活动，并担任第五届国际青年河流交流“河流与灌溉”决赛评委。The fifth International Youth River Exchange Event, held concurrently on that day, naturally emphasized the theme of “Rivers and Irrigation”. Young students from countries such as China, South Africa, Morocco, Indonesia, and Pakistan engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics related to the protection of irrigation heritage, river ecological restoration, and the involvement of youth in sustainable water resource management. Organized by the China Water Conservancy Museum, this event is a global cultural exchange initiative for youth in the field of water resources. Since its first edition in 2022, it has become an important platform for young people from various countries to learn about rivers, exchange cultures, and share their knowledge. Deng Qing, Honorary Secretary-General of WCCO and Director of the International Exchange Committee for World Canal Cities, was invited to attend the event and served as a judge for the final round of the fifth International Youth River Exchange Event, focusing on the theme of “Rivers and Irrigation”.

当天举行的2026年全国水利博物馆联盟会议上，也突出将浙江宁波它山堰与四川成都都江堰进行对照，围绕世界灌溉工程的保护与持续利用，河海大学教授陈菁原四川省都江堰水利发展中心副主任、总工程师张开勇分别从技术路径与实践检验两个层面展开研讨。揭示中华水利文明的多源汇流特征，阐释中华文明的连续性、创新性、统一性、包容性与和平性。At the 2026 National Water Conservancy Museum Association Conference held that day, the comparison between Tashan Weir in Ningbo, Zhejiang, and Dujiangyan in Chengdu, Sichuan was emphasized. Discussions focused on the protection and sustainable use of world irrigation projects. Chen Jing, a professor at Hohai University, and Zhang Kaiyong, deputy director and chief engineer of the Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Development Center in Sichuan Province, discussed these issues from both technical aspects and practical applications. The conference highlighted the multi-source nature of China’s water conservancy civilization, as well as the continuity, innovation, unity, inclusiveness, and peacefulness of Chinese civilization.

活动期间，与会代表实地考察了世界灌溉工程遗产它山堰，参观了宁波世界灌溉工程遗产博物馆，在鄞江古堰的实景中感受千年治水智慧。During the event, participants visited Tashan Weir, an important example of world irrigation engineering heritage, and toured the Ningbo World Irrigation Engineering Heritage Museum. They also experienced the ancient water management techniques used over thousands of years in Yijiang Ancient Weir.
