10月这3种海鱼大量上市，都是海捕野生的，刺少味道鲜，营养解馋还便宜

俗话说“春生夏长，秋收冬藏”，眼下正值秋季，最显著的特点便是“收获”，不仅有地上的，枝头的，还有水里的。秋风起，鱼儿肥，历经了春夏两个季节的漫长孕育，鱼儿们在秋天迎来肥美的时刻，其个个胖嘟嘟的。而现在又是贴秋膘的时候，鱼肉可以满足我们的对营养的需求，同时也不用担心长肉，是非常理想的滋补食材。

众所周知，市面上的鱼可以分为饲养和野生两种，像草鱼，鲈鱼这些，现在大多都是养殖的，其生长特别快，肉质吃着发柴，而且还总是有种土腥味儿。而在秋季这个尝鲜的时刻，自然要选择最鲜美的海鱼，其肉质更加紧实饱满，更重要的是刺少，吃着方便，且富含DHA等物质，营养密集，对身体好。下面就来分享3种海鱼，10月以后大量上市，都是海捕野生的 ，营养好吃还不贵，这段时间吃鱼，可以作为首选。

一、银鲳鱼

其是市面上比较常见的鳊鱼类，肉质比较厚实，鱼刺排列整齐，仅有背部的主刺，几乎没有小刺。值得一提的是，现在市面上的银鲳鱼，基本上都属于海捕的，作为深海鱼类，而且对于水温、水质特别挑剔，所以很难养殖。那么这个时节吃鱼，碰到这银光闪闪，眼睛明亮的银鲳鱼别错过。新鲜营养，而且肉嫩容易消化，老人孩子吃着也方便。

1、作为鱼类，它的做法也特别多，清蒸，红烧都比较常见，当然现在人们都喜欢用空气炸锅，那么也可以做一锅银鲳鱼来解馋。

2、先来将其分别收拾出来，外表的黏液以及内在的杂质都要清理干净了，以免残留带来腥味。

3、其中的水分控干，最好用吸水纸擦一擦，而后在表面划一两下，撒盐，一点生抽，白胡椒，葱姜，仔细地抹匀，腌半小时。

4、接着准备出不粘纸，其夹出来，放到里边去，继续把水分擦擦，而后刷一层玉米油在两面。这时候把空气炸锅调整到200度，5分钟后放进去，烤十五分钟。

5、这时候端出来，再刷一遍油，并且翻一次面，再放回去，继续烤二十分钟左右，使之有些焦香的感觉。而后撒些椒盐，白芝麻以及香葱，便可以吃了。

二、马鲛鱼

记得小时候，老妈经常在这个季节给我们买这鱼吃，其肉特别厚实，老妈经常会红烧了，给我们裹到烙饼里，吃着特别香。事实上，马鲛鱼也是一种深海鱼类，其游动的速度特别快，需要广阔的海域才能满足，同时有着紧实的肉质，丰富的DHA，氨基酸，锌，硒等营养素，有助于补脑护眼，保护心血管，增强免疫等。

1、它的鳞也是比较细腻的，先仔细清洗好，并且把内脏也清除干净。水控掉擦干，进一步剪成大块，这时候看起来肉质就非常紧实新鲜。

2、一点细玉米面撒在表面，薄薄地裹匀，这样可以继续把残留的水分吸干。

3、调个料汁，生抽，醋，糖，白开水，味道稍微浓一点待用。

4、在锅里放油，姜片，在充分热透后，把鱼块一一摆进去，成型时就翻一次面，继续煎到焦黄，把料汁淋进去，丢些蒜片和葱段，炖十五分钟，使之入味以后，便可装盘上桌。

三、带鱼

我家娃最喜欢的鱼了，这段时间终于可以吃上了。众所周知，其属于深海鱼，且对水压的要求特别高，所以市面上的多为海捕海钓的。其肉质很细腻，丰富的优质蛋白，不饱和脂肪，维A，维B，维E，铁，钙，硒，磷等应有尽有，可以帮助我们补脑益智，补钙健骨，增强体质等。

1、很多人喜欢煎着吃，或是炸着吃，非常经典，味道鲜香。当然如果遇到比较新鲜的带鱼，也可以通过清蒸的方式来制作。

2、将其清洗好，头部剪掉，内脏也许一起清理好，表面的银磷可以留着，但会有些许腥味，我一般也会去掉，充分洗好，剪成段。

3、里边淋一点花雕酒，葱姜放一些，腌二十分钟。

4、有水分的话要擦掉，端上蒸锅去加热，高温的状态十五分钟，使之熟透。端出后，继续把盘里的水倒干净。

5、重新撒些葱丝，红椒丝等，淋上蒸鱼豉油，热油也不能少，让香味释放出来，便可上桌。
