每经AI快讯，10月16日消息，国家发展改革委、民政部、国家卫生健康委印发《关于进一步完善价格形成机制 推动普惠养老服务提质扩面的指导意见》。其中指出，公立医疗卫生机构举办的养老机构属于普惠支持型养老机构，收取的基本服务费实行政府指导价管理，可在普惠支持型养老机构收费基础上，根据成本增加情况，适当提高基准收费标准，促进医养结合发展；其他提供医养结合服务的养老机构按照机构性质实行相应的收费管理方式，实行政府指导价或收费标准参考区间管理的，基本服务费参照上述原则制定。
