为保证10月20日开栓即满足全市提质供热要求，长春市已于10月14日提前实施“错时启炉”。截至10月16日18时，负责保障长春市供热的6座热电厂25条支线已全部升温，负责区域供热的78座锅炉房已全部提前启动运行。长春市将于10月17日零时开始热态循环运行。
