【越乔】获悉， 9月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况出炉， 一线城市销售价格环比继续上涨， 二三线城市环比降幅总体收窄，其中，武汉新房房价环比上涨0.2%，二手房房价环比上涨0.1%，今年首次双双环比上涨。1-9月房价环比指数：

另外，武汉9月新建商品住房成交6589套，环比8月7900套下降，9月武汉新房市场“价涨量跌”
