格隆汇10月20日丨范式智能(06682.HK)宣布，根据于2026年9月10日修订的购股权及受限制股份单位计划，公司于2026年10月20日向合资格人士授出合共515.14万份购股权。每份购股权赋予相关承授人权利，以按每股H股23.432港元认购或购买一股公司于联交所上市的普通股(「H股」)，惟须待承授人接纳购股权后方可作实。
