格隆汇10月20日丨至源控股(00990.HK)公告，于2026年10月18日，买方Deep Source (PN) Sdn Bhd.(为公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方ASAS Panorama Sdn Bhd订立买卖协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该物业，价格为4.17亿令吉(相当于8.02亿港元)，拟作为人工智能数据中心及上下游产业项目的开发用地。
该物业为位于马来西亚彭亨州马中关丹产业园内的Lot 115524, Bandar Gebeng,Daerah Kecil Gebeng, Negeri Pahang，一幅面积176.3公顷(相当于约18,976,774平方尺)的土地。
