10月21日，赛微电子（300456）发布公告，控股股东杨云春将其质押的615万股股份于2026年10月20日解除质押，占其所持股份的3.99%及公司总股本的0.84%。
截至公告披露日，杨云春累计质押股份为2000万股，占其所持股份的12.99%及公司总股本的2.73%。
2026年中期，赛微电子实现收入1.78亿元，归母净利润27.02亿元。
