格隆汇10月23日｜据日经新闻，鉴于美国要求增加国防预算，日本正考虑从下个财年起将更多类别的支出纳入国防开支范畴，其中包括能源开支，甚至部分发展援助。特朗普政府正敦促美国的盟友将国内生产总值（GDP）的3.5%用于核心国防开支。日本2026财年的国防预算占预计GDP的1.3%，若加上相关支出，总额仅为1.5%。根据2026财年的数据，要达到特朗普设定的基准，每年需额外增加约15万亿日元（约合960亿美元）的支出。
