背景介绍：据拉美社10月29日报道，巴西联邦最高法院法官亚历山大·德莫赖斯此前裁定败选的总统候选人弗拉维奥·博索纳罗上交护照并禁止其离境，而弗拉维奥已持意大利护照前往美国。德莫赖斯生于1968年，毕业于圣保罗大学，1991年加入圣保罗州检察院，2015年至2016年任圣保罗州公共安全部长，2016年5月被任命为司法与公民部长，2017年3月就任联邦最高法院法官。
