人民财讯10月30日电，华宝新能(301327)10月30日公告，同意全资子公司Jackery Technology GmbH拟以自有资金1250万欧元（折合人民币约9349万元）收购Yuma Holding GmbH持有的Yuma GmbH 100%股权。标的公司在欧洲市场的供应链体系与公司重合度较高，合并后将共享资源配置、优化成本控制。
