齐鲁网·闪电新闻11月2日讯 按照《预防未成年人犯罪法》规定，未成年人无证驾驶机动车属于“严重不良行为”。可还是有一些青少年，抱有侥幸心理，偷偷开车上路。前段时间，菏泽市交管支队直属二大队何楼中队民警在辖区重点路段正常开展路面执法巡查时，就拦截了一辆17岁少年无证驾驶的轿车。
