诚邀社会公众参与方案评选

为提升上博东馆空间环境水准，打造上博东馆文化艺术品牌，在“人民城市人民建，人民城市为人民”理念的指导下，上海博物馆主办的“2023上海博物馆东馆公共艺术全球征集大赛”目前进入社会公众评选阶段，特别邀请公众对专家组从600多份竞赛方案中经首轮评审选出的83件入围作品进行评选。

从2023年6月开始，上博东馆公共艺术全球征集大赛面向全球邀请艺术家与艺术团队，以东馆若干选定区域为对象，创作一系列代表城市新文化、新理念、新创意的公共艺术作品，以展现公共艺术精神，赓续上海博物馆文脉，塑造城市品格，彰显全球智慧。

自启动以来，大赛得到了国内外艺术家和艺术团体的广泛关注和积极参与。作为大赛的承办方，上海市公共艺术协同创新中心（PACC）通过搭建网络平台发布竞赛信息、开展全国不同城市的巡回介绍、与国内外艺术家进行线上推介和组建评审专家组等工作，吸引了国内外30多所专业艺术院校、30多家艺术协会和机构、60余家专业规划和建筑公司参与。至投稿截止日，共收到来自40多个国家和地区超过600份的作品方案。

由21位大赛学术委员会成员组成的评审专家组经过严格、公平、公正的评审流程对所有竞赛方案进行了第一轮线上评审，通过系统汇总，在筛除未能符合大赛征集基本要求的作品后，按照由高到低的评分原则，评选出10个点位的83件作品成功晋级第二轮评审环节。这些作品展现了当代公共艺术的创新精神与国际化视野，符合上海博物馆对公共艺术品质的卓越追求与开放包容的文化理念。

第二轮评选将继续秉持专业和开放的评审原则，邀请广大社会公众、上海博物馆全体员工和评审专家组共同参与。其中，社会公众评选将以线上投票方式开展。公众投票时间自公布之日起共30天（截止至2025年4月6日17时），欢迎广大市民朋友和社会各界人士积极参与，共同为这些优秀的公共艺术方案助力和点赞，也帮助您心仪的作品进入到大赛第三轮评选阶段：竞赛小样制作与展示。期待您的参与和支持来助力优秀方案的产生，使契合上海城市精神与时代风貌、能代表上海博物馆公共形象与文化品位的公共艺术作品脱颖而出。让我们共同建设人民的博物馆，为更加美好的上海贡献一份力量！

Invitation to the Public to Partizipate in the Selection of Proposals

for the Shanghai Museum East Global Public Art Competition

In order to improve the space environment of Shanghai Museum East and build its cultural and artistic brand, under the guidance of the concept of "people's city built by the people, people's city for the people", Shanghai Museum East Global Public Art Competition hosted by the Shanghai Museum is currently entering the public selection stage. All the public are sincerely invited to vote on the 83 shortlisted proposals selected by the expert group from more than 600 competition works after the first round evaluation.

From June 2023 the organizer has invited artists and artist groups from all over the world to create a series of public art proposals representing the new culture, new concept and new creativity of the city in selected areas of Shanghai Museum East. It is to showcase the spirit of public art, continue the cultural heritage of Shanghai Museum, shape urban character, and showcase global wisdom.

Since its launch, the competition has received extensive attention and active participation from artists and artist groups at home and abroad. As the organizer of the competition, Shanghai Public Art Cooperation Center (PACC) has released competition information through building a network platform, carried out tour introductions in different cities across the country, conducted online promotions with domestic and foreign artists, and formed an expert team. By this means, the competition has attracted more than 30 professional art colleges and universities, more than 30 art associations and organizations, and more than 60 planning and architectural companies at home and abroad. By the deadline for submission, more than 600 proposals were received from more than 40 countries and regions.

The judging panel consisting of 21 members of the competition's Academic Committee conducted the first round of online judging of all the competition proposals through a strict, fair and impartial judging process. Through the summary of the digital scoring system, after screening out the works that failed to meet the basic requirements of the competition's call for submissions and according to the principle of scoring in ascending order,83 proposals for the 10 locationswere selected to successfully advance to the second round of judging. These works demonstrate the innovative spirit and international vision of contemporary public art, and are in line with the Shanghai Museum's pursuit of excellence in the quality of public art and its open and inclusive cultural philosophy.

Thesecond roundof judging will continue to uphold the principles of professionalism and openness, and invite the general public, all staff of the Shanghai Museum and the judging panel to participate. Among them, for the public voting part, an online voting mode will be provided. It will be “An ID (one voter) can vote for three works for each location per day (all ten locations can be voted)". The public voting time will be open for 30 days starting from its announcement (Deadline: 17:00, April 6, 2025). We sincerely welcome public and people from all walks of life to actively participate in, and work together with us to support the excellent public art works, and also to select your favorite works to enter the third round of the competition: the production and presentation of prototypes.

本次公众投票环节，共有83件候选作品，分布在10个对应的征集点位上。公众在欣赏的同时，可参与投票选出心目中的佳作。对应每个点位，投票者（单一ID）每天最多可以选投三件作品。请为您喜爱的作品投上宝贵的一票吧！

In this public voting session, there are 83 candidate proposals distributed in the 10 corresponding locations. All the public are sincerely invited to participate in voting for your favorite works while enjoying them. Each voter (single ID) has 3 chances to vote for each location per day (all 10 locations can be voted).
