近日，上海金山一男子醉酒驾驶非机动车，先后逆向行驶、驶入机动车道，还与一辆机动车发生碰撞。最终，非机动车驾驶人负事故全责，并被金山交警依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》依法作出罚款150元的处罚。
