【中际旭创：实控人解除质押135万股】财联社9月4日电，中际旭创(300308.SZ)公告称，公司实控人王伟修将其持有的135万股股份与广发证券办理解除质押，占其所持股份比例1.94%，占总股本比例0.11%。截至公告日，王伟修及其一致行动人累计质押股份532.8万股，占其合计持股比例的2.76%。
