9月3日，记者从陕西省宝鸡市太白县自然资源和林业局了解到，当地对发生在今年5月30日至6月2日的一起5人违规穿越秦岭鳌太线的行为，下达了行政处罚决定。
这也是3月15日新修订的《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》正式实施后，陕西首例涉及违规进入自然保护区核心区的处罚案例。
