答：患有符合我市门诊慢性病认定标准的参保居民，可申报门诊慢性病医疗保障待遇，发放《门诊慢性病就医证》，在选定的定点医疗机构门诊就诊不设起付线，甲类按80%报销、乙类按70%报销。具体病种及限额标准如下：
