【财华社讯】兴证国际(06058.HK)公布，公司与大华银行有限公司香港分行("大华银行")订立日期为2026年9月17日的担保，公司同意向大华银行提供一项担保，担保CISI Investment Limited(公司间接全资附属公司)与大华银行所订立的全球回购协议的全部责任，公司通过内部管理方式控制本次担保金额不超过2000万美元。
