一、土豆胡萝卜炖牛腩

准备食材:牛腩、土豆、胡萝卜、葱姜蒜、八角、香叶、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、牛腩清洗干净切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2、土豆和胡萝卜去皮切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入一把冰糖炒糖色，再加入牛腩一起翻炒均匀，裹上糖色。

3、然后加入葱姜蒜、八角和香叶炒香，接着倒入料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油和食盐调味，再继续翻炒均匀。

4、最后往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着转中小火炖煮三十分钟，然后加入土豆和胡萝卜一起焖煮二十收汁，即可出锅开吃。

二、胡萝卜青瓜炒肉

准备食材:胡萝卜、青瓜、瘦肉、姜蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、胡萝卜去皮，然后和青瓜一起切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入瘦肉煸炒滑熟，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末爆香，接着倒入胡萝卜煸炒一分钟，然后加入青瓜一起翻炒。

4、接着加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，再倒入炒好的瘦肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、土豆胡萝卜丁炒肉碎

准备食材:土豆、胡萝卜、瘦肉、葱蒜末、香菜碎。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切碎，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、土豆和胡萝卜去皮切丁，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的肉碎煸炒，煸炒至变色后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱蒜末爆香，接着倒入土豆胡萝卜丁大火翻炒，再加入姜适量的食盐调味，然后继续翻炒至断生。

4、最后加入炒好的肉碎一起翻炒，接着放入蚝油提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、蒜苔丁炒肉碎

准备食材:瘦肉、蒜苔、姜蒜末、小米辣。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的瘦肉切碎，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净蒜苔切丁，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒滑熟，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入蒜苔丁煸炒，再加入食盐调味，然后继续翻炒至蒜苔丁断生。

4、最后倒入炒好的肉碎一起翻炒均匀，接着放入白糖和蚝油提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、西兰花炒牛肉

准备食材:西兰花、牛肉、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、西兰花切小朵清洗好，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入西兰花焯熟，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

3、切好蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒至变色，然后加入蒜末炒香。

4、接着倒入西兰花一起翻炒均匀，然后放入食盐和蚝油调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、娃娃菜炒牛肉

准备食材:娃娃菜、牛肉、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的牛肉切薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽、蚝油和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切小段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入牛肉煸炒滑熟，接着盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入娃娃菜煸炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至娃娃菜断生。

4、最后加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

七、南瓜蒸排骨

准备食材:南瓜、排骨、姜丝、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块，然后加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、南瓜去皮切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的排骨铺在南瓜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮四十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

八、萝卜牛腩汤

准备食材:牛腩、白萝卜、八角、姜葱、青菜碎。

做法步骤:

1、牛腩清洗干净切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、白萝卜去皮切小块，然后和姜片、八角一起倒入炖锅中，再加入适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮一个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把青菜碎点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
