一、时蔬蒸鸡腿肉

准备食材:土豆丁、胡萝卜丁、香菇丁、鸡腿、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨和鸡皮切丁，然后加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、食盐和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、准备好土豆丁、胡萝卜丁和香菇丁，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入土豆丁、胡萝卜丁和香菇丁一起翻炒均匀炒香。

3、然后把炒好的土豆丁、胡萝卜丁和香菇丁铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的鸡腿丁铺在最上上面，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

4、蒸煮二十五分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、南瓜蒸鸡腿肉

准备食材:鸡腿、南瓜、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切小块，然后加入姜葱、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、南瓜去皮切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的鸡腿肉铺在南瓜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮二十五分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、玉米香菇肉饼蒸蛋

准备食材:玉米粒、香菇丁、瘦肉、鸡蛋、姜片、枸杞子、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、准备好玉米粒和香菇丁，然后放入大碗中，接着把瘦肉清洗好剁成肉末，也一起放入。

2、然后往碗中加入淀粉、葱花、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀上劲，再拍成肉饼铺在蒸碗底，接着加入姜片和枸杞子。

3、然后往里打入一个鸡蛋，再上蒸锅蒸煮二十分钟左右。

4、最后再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、豉汁蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、蒜末、豆豉、葱花、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、准备好蒜末、豆豉、葱花和姜丝，再淋入热油爆香，激发出香味，然后加入食盐、生抽一起搅拌均匀备用。

2、清洗干净的排骨剁成小块，然后加入淀粉和调好的豉汁酱汁一起抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟，接着铺在蒸碗上。

3、把准备好的豉汁排骨上蒸锅蒸煮，蒸煮三十五分钟左右后，即可出锅开吃。

五、香芋蒸排骨

准备食材:香芋、排骨、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、排骨清洗干净，然后剁成小块，接着加入姜葱、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、香芋去皮切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的排骨铺在香芋上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮四十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

六、山药蒸牛肉

准备食材:牛肉、山药、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入姜丝、葱段、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、山药去皮清洗干净，然后切成薄片铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的牛肉铺在山药上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮二十五分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

七、清蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、蒜末、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块，然后加入姜丝、蒜末、淀粉、食盐和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、把腌制好的排骨铺在蒸碗底，接着冷水上蒸锅蒸煮三十五分钟。

3、最后撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

八、清蒸菌菇肉丸汤

准备食材:瘦肉、菌菇、红枣、姜片、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗好剁成肉末，然后加入淀粉、食盐、葱花和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、把菌菇提前泡发，然后和红枣一起清洗干净铺在蒸碗底，接着腌制好的肉馅揉成肉丸，再铺在菌菇和红枣上。

3、最后往里加入适量的清水，再冷水上蒸锅蒸煮三十分钟左右。

4、最后撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
