【河南成功发行政府债券560.04亿元】财联社9月23日电，河南省在深圳成功发行政府债券560.04亿元。新增一般债券78.46亿元，用于基础设施项目建设。新增专项债券380.12亿元，其中：92.8亿元用于补充地方政府性基金财力；84.38亿元用于存量政府投资项目；202.94亿元用于土地储备、保障性安居工程、市政和产业园区基础设施和生态环保等重点领域的391个建设项目。再融资专项债券101.46亿元，用于置换存量隐性债务。
