10月23日，天津市民李先生在路上遇到流动商贩兜售所谓偷来的低价名酒，误将字形相近的“纷酒”认作汾酒，花费920元买下三箱“纷酒”和一箱二锅头。察觉上当后李先生报警维权，民警核查发现涉事酒水具备正规资质、属于合格白酒，该情形不满足诈骗立案条件。
