【首批商业不动产REITs三季报披露 平均年化现金流分派率6.5%】财联社10月27日电，首批4单沪市商业不动产REITs近期完成上市后首份定期报告披露。报告期内，4只产品合计实现基金收入3.87亿元、可供分配金额2.43亿元，底层资产出租率普遍在95%以上，租金收缴率接近100%；截至三季度末，年化现金流分派率平均为6.5%。
