10月30日，在成都东部新区“枢畅空港”外航服务下午茶活动上，成都空港外航服务中心揭牌投用，中心打造的“Fly to China”外航服务平台同步上线。作为外航服务的专门阵地，成都空港外航服务中心将整合政府部门、机场、海关、金融、法律、文创等各类资源，为外国航空公司及关联机构在成都开展业务提供一站式服务，推动外航服务由“多头对接”向“专班服务、一窗受理”转变。封面新闻记者 柴枫桔
