三亚市气象台2026年11月03日02时27分变更海棠区的暴雨橙色预警信号为暴雨红色预警信号：受强对流云团影响，三亚市海棠区过去3小时内降雨量已达153.9毫米，预计未来3小时，海棠区仍有40-60毫米降雨，吉阳区有30-50毫米降雨，其余地区有10-20毫米降雨，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
