11月3日，中国气象局召开2026年11月新闻发布会，发布10月全国天气气候特征、11月气候趋势预测及气象服务提示；发布基于气象的地球系统数据开放应用场景有关情况。国家气候中心副主任高荣介绍，根据11月气候趋势预测，气温方面，预计全国大部地区气温接近常年同期到偏高。
