11月4日，2026年世界互联网大会乌镇峰会互联网公益发展论坛在浙江乌镇举行。北京市社会科学院国际问题研究所所长、国际交流中心主任刘波参加论坛。刘波认为，新技术尤其是人工智能和互联网，改变了公益资源的配置模式。依托大数据与人工智能，可精准识别公益需求，推动公益资源配置更加科学高效。
