11月6日，据报道，台积电正评估扩大先进存储芯片生产，以争取更多人工智能基础设施投资。据悉，台积电应主要客户英伟达要求，已开始制定生产垂直堆叠3D DRAM的计划。消息传出后，台积电美国存托凭证周五早盘一度上涨7.7%。
