另：高峰时段价格为空闲时段价格的 2 倍
还有就是，现在 DeepSeek v4.1 flash 可用了
模型的 base_url 不变，将模型名设置为 deepseek-v4.1-flash-expires-on-0910 即可调用
计费与 deepseek-v4-flash 相同，每账号限流 20 并发
