【俄罗斯前8月油气收入同比下降16.7%】财联社9月9日电，俄罗斯财政部说，今年1月至8月，俄联邦预算收入中的石油和天然气收入约为5.02万亿卢布（1美元约合86卢布），同比下降16.7%。据俄财政部初步估算，今年前8个月，俄联邦预算收入约为25.93万亿卢布，同比增加9.2%，其中非油气收入约为20.91万亿卢布，同比增长18.1%。
