近日，第四届法治时代创新大会在北京举行。辉县市司法局报送的《靠前调处，止纷争于初现——太行山下“枫桥式司法所”的“洪州样本”》入选“2026年依法治理创新案例”。
近年来，辉县市司法局坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”，通过精准排查矛盾、多元联动调处、用心用情化解纠纷，推动矛盾化解在基层，打造了具有本地特色的人民调解工作样板。
