一、清蒸羊肚菌肉饼汤

准备食材:羊肚菌、山药、瘦肉、鸡蛋、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、山药去皮剁成山药末，然后倒入大碗中，接着把瘦肉剁成肉末，也一起放入。

2、往大碗中加入淀粉、姜丝、食盐和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用，把羊肚菌清洗干净泡软。

3、把腌制好山药肉馅拍成肉饼，再铺在蒸碗底，接着往里打入一个鸡蛋，然后放入羊肚菌和浸泡羊肚菌的菌菇水。

4、最后再上蒸锅蒸煮二十五分钟，再撒入葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

二、香辣豆豉蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、蒜末、小米辣、姜丝、豆豉、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块，然后加入蒜末、小米辣、姜丝、豆豉、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、把腌制好的排骨铺在蒸碗底，接着上蒸锅蒸煮三十五分钟。

3、然后再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、清蒸羊肚菌酿虾滑

准备食材:羊肚菌、大虾、娃娃菜、胡椒粉、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、大虾去除虾线和虾壳，然后剁成虾滑放入大碗中，接着加入淀粉、食盐和胡椒粉，再抓拌均匀上劲备用。

2、把羊肚菌泡发，然后从中间剪开，接着把腌制好的虾滑酿入羊肚菌中备用。

3、清洗娃娃菜铺在蒸碗底，接着把准备好的羊肚菌酿虾滑铺在上面，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

4、蒸煮二十分钟，再淋入少量的生抽提鲜，然后撒入一把葱花，接着淋入热油爆香，即可开吃。

四、番茄金针菇蒸肉丸

准备食材:瘦肉、山药、番茄、金针菇、姜片、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉剁成肉末放入大碗中，接着把山药去皮切末，也一起放入，然后加入淀粉、生抽、食盐和花生油抓拌上劲，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗番茄和金针菇，然后把番茄切成小块，接着一起铺在蒸碗上，再把腌制好的肉馅揉成肉丸，铺在最上面。

3、把准备好番茄金针菇蒸肉丸上蒸锅蒸煮二十五分钟，再撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

五、胡萝卜蒸牛肉

准备食材:胡萝卜、牛肉、姜丝、熟芝麻。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、熟芝麻、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、把胡萝卜去皮切薄片，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着将腌制好的牛肉铺在胡萝卜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮二十分钟左右后，即可出锅开吃。

六、莴笋蒸肉片

准备食材:瘦肉、莴笋、胡萝卜、姜丝、葱花。

八、香菇蒸鸡腿肉

准备食材:鸡腿、香菇、姜丝、葱花、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切小块，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、胡椒粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净鲜香菇切薄片，然后和腌制好的鸡腿肉一起抓拌均匀，再铺在蒸碗底，接着上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮三十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
